Hart Pirates (Hart, MI) backers were pleased Friday as they saw their basketball squad bounce the visiting Holton Red Devils (Holton, MI), 65-20 in a league bout.

With the victory, Hart upgrades its record to 11-0 on the campaign. The Pirates travel to Muskegon Catholic Central (Muskegon, MI) to play the Crusaders in a non-league bout on Tuesday, January 24. The Crusaders come into the bout with a record of 5-7. Muskegon Catholic Central lost 69-57 in their recent non-league bout against Grand River Prep (Kentwood, MI)

Next up, the Red Devils play the Ravenna Bulldogs (Ravenna, MI) in a Western Michigan Lakes - Rivers bout, on Monday, January 23. Holton will attempt to upgrade on its 0-11 season record. The Bulldogs come into the bout with a 3-7 record after their 64-35 league loss to North Muskegon (North Muskegon, MI).
