Texas High School Basketball - Inspired Vision nudges Village Tech

In Friday's league outing, the Inspired Vision EAGLES (Dallas, TX) basketball squad edged the host Village Tech Viper Squid (Duncanville, TX), by a count of 56-52.

The EAGLES (7-16) will now prepare for their outing against Life Oak Cliff (Dallas, TX). The Lions go into the 3A Region II District 9 outing with a 17-10 record. In their last outing, Life Oak Cliff was tipped by Newman International Academy (Cedar Hill, TX), 52-47, in a league outing.

The Viper Squid now hold a 3-17 record. They play next when they travel to Trinity Leadership for a 3A Region II District 9 outing on Tuesday, January 24. Village Tech will clash with a Tigers squad coming off a 136-72 league win over Gateway Charter Academy (Dallas, TX). The Tigers record now stands at 5-17.
