The Jesuit Blue Jays basketball team (New Orleans, LA), dropped 52-44 in Friday's league battle with the visiting St. Augustine Purple Knights (New Orleans, LA)
The Purple Knights now possess a 12-11 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Livingston Collegiate Academy for a non-league battle on Saturday, January 21. St. Augustine will battle a Wolves team coming off a 85-75 non-league win over International (New Orleans, LA). The Wolves record now stands at 3-6.
The Blue Jays (9-8) will now prepare for their battle against John Curtis Christian (River Ridge, LA). The Patriots come into the 5A District 9 battle with a 10-4 record.
