Washington High School Basketball - La Center thwarts Stevenson

The La Center Wildcats (La Center, WA) basketball knocked off the visiting Stevenson Bulldogs (Stevenson, WA), 66-56 in Friday's league test.
The Wildcats (7-7) will now prepare for their test against Seton Catholic (Vancouver, WA). The Cougars go into the 1A Trico test with a 11-4 record. In their last test, Seton Catholic notched a victory over Columbia (White Salmon, WA), 58-34, in a league test.
The Bulldogs now own a 9-5 record. They play next when they host King's Way Christian for a 1A Trico test on Wednesday, January 25. Stevenson will encounter a Knights squad coming off a 80-33 league win over Castle Rock (Castle Rock, WA). The Knights record now stands at 9-7.
