Texas High School Basketball - Sabinal trounces La Pryor

The Sabinal Yellowjackets (Sabinal, TX) basketball crushed the host La Pryor Bulldogs (La Pryor, TX), 67-46 in Friday's league test.

The Yellowjackets (14-6) will now prepare for their test against Brackett (Brackettville, TX). The Tigers go into the 2A Region IV District 30 test with a 13-7 record. In their last test, Brackett was trounced by Stacey (San Antonio, TX), 72-53, in a league test.

The Bulldogs now own a 1-12 record. They play next when they travel to Stockdale for a 2A Region IV District 30 test on Tuesday, January 24. La Pryor will encounter a Brahmas squad coming off a 88-30 league win over Charlotte (Charlotte, TX). The Brahmas record now stands at 12-9.
