Ryan Raiders (Denton, TX) backers were pleased Friday as they saw their basketball squad bounce the host Lake Dallas Falcons (Corinth, TX), 77-44 in a league bout.

With the victory, Ryan upgrades its record to 10-13 on the campaign. The Raiders travel to Grapevine (Grapevine, TX) to play the Mustangs in a 5A Region I District 7 bout on Tuesday, January 24. The Mustangs come into the bout with a record of 16-10. Grapevine lost 73-41 in their recent league bout against Birdville (North Richland Hills, TX)

Next up, the Falcons play the Richland Royals (North Richland Hills, TX) in a 5A Region I District 7 bout, on Tuesday, January 24. Lake Dallas will attempt to upgrade on its 5-17 season record. The Royals come into the bout with a 15-6 record after their 60-58 league loss to Argyle (Argyle, TX).
