The Stevenson Patriots topped the visiting Lake Zurich Bears basketball team by a final score of 50-42 in Friday's league game.

In their next game, the Patriots face the Prospect Knights (Mt. Prospect, IL) in a non-league game, on Saturday, January 21. Stevenson will attempt to move on its 15-3 season record. The Knights enter the game with a 11-9 record after their 45-43 league loss to Rolling Meadows (Rolling Meadows, IL).

With the defeat, Lake Zurich moves to 11-8 on the year. The Bears travel to Zion-Benton (Zion, IL) to face the Zee-Bees in a North Suburban game on Tuesday, January 24. The Zee-Bees enter the game with a record of 0-15.
