Lancaster Red Devils (Lancaster, VA) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the host Rappahannock Raiders (Warsaw, VA), 78-33 in a league bout.

With the win, Lancaster upgrades its record to 13-0 on the season. The Red Devils travel to Greensville County (Emporia, VA) to play the Eagles in a non-league bout on Saturday, January 21. The Eagles go into the bout with a record of 9-5. Greensville County won 62-28 in their recent league bout against Southampton (Courtland, VA)

Next up, the Raiders play the Northampton Yellowjackets (Eastville, VA) in a non-league bout, on Saturday, January 21. Rappahannock will attempt to upgrade on its 2-10 season record. The Yellowjackets go into the bout with a 10-4 record after their 94-46 league win over Chincoteague (Chincoteague, VA).
