Pennsylvania High School Basketball - West Branch knocked off by Mount Union

The Mount Union Trojans basketball team scored 61 points and held the visiting West Branch Warriors to 52 in the Trojans league triumph on Friday.
The Trojans now sport a 9-6 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Williamsburg for a Inter County - North contest on Tuesday, January 24. Mount Union will meet a Blue Pirates team coming off a 58-52 league win over Glendale (Flinton, PA). The Blue Pirates record now stands at 9-6.
The Warriors (10-4) will now prepare for their contest against Juniata Valley (Alexandria, PA). The Hornets enter the Inter County - North contest with a 6-8 record. In their last contest, Juniata Valley was outscored by Bellwood-Antis (Bellwood, PA), 70-69, in a league contest.
