North Kitsap Vikings (Poulsbo, WA) backers were pleased Friday as they saw their basketball squad bounce the visiting Sequim Wolves (Sequim, WA), 87-49 in a league bout.

With the victory, North Kitsap upgrades its record to 12-5 on the campaign. The Vikings host Kingston (Kingston, WA) to play the Buccaneers in a 2A Olympic bout on Tuesday, January 24. The Buccaneers come into the bout with a record of 3-9. Kingston lost 54-50 in their recent non-league bout against Shelton (Shelton, WA)

Next up, the Wolves play the North Mason Bulldogs (Belfair, WA) in a 2A Olympic bout, on Tuesday, January 24. Sequim will attempt to upgrade on its 6-10 season record. The Bulldogs come into the bout with a 0-15 record after their 61-51 league loss to Bremerton (Bremerton, WA).
