Fans at Friday's league challenge between the Oxford Prep Griffins (Oxford, NC) and the visiting Roxboro Community Bulldogs (Roxboro, NC), saw Oxford Prep's basketball squad overcome Roxboro Community by a tally of 68-60.

With the victory, Oxford Prep improves its record to 6-9 on the campaign. The Griffins travel to Henderson Collegiate (Henderson, NC) to confront the Pride in a 1A Conference 11 challenge on Tuesday, January 24. The Pride come into the challenge with a record of 10-10. Henderson Collegiate won 78-72 in their recent league challenge against Vance Charter (Henderson, NC)

Next up, the Bulldogs confront the Voyager Vikings (Durham, NC) in a 1A Conference 11 challenge, on Friday, January 27. Roxboro Community will attempt to improve on its 6-9 season record.
