Georgia High School Basketball - Unity Christian knocked off by Praise Academy

The Praise Academy Lions basketball team scored 62 points and held the visiting Unity Christian Lions to 48 in the Lions league triumph on Friday.

The Lions now sport a 5-10 record. They put it on the line next when they host Haralson County for a non-league contest on Saturday, January 21. Praise Academy will battle a Rebels team coming off a 65-39 league loss to Model (Rome, GA). The Rebels record now stands at 9-10.

The Lions (7-11) will now prepare for their contest against Pepperell (Lindale, GA). The Dragons enter the non-league contest with a 7-11 record. In their last contest, Pepperell was defeated by Model (Rome, GA), 70-35, in a non-league contest.
