Van Nuys Wolves (Van Nuys, CA) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Reseda Regents (Reseda, CA), 62-40 in a league bout.

With the win, Van Nuys upgrades its record to 6-14 on the season. The Wolves host La Salle (Pasadena, CA) to clash with the Lancers in a non-league bout on Monday, January 23. The Lancers go into the bout with a record of 7-15. La Salle lost 87-81 in their recent league bout against Paraclete (Lancaster, CA)

Next up, the Regents clash with the Kennedy Cougars (Granada Hills, CA) in a Valley Mission bout, on Thursday, January 26. Reseda will attempt to upgrade on its 3-11 season record. The Cougars go into the bout with a 14-11 record after their 79-48 league win over San Fernando (San Fernando, CA).
