Tennessee High School Basketball - Sacred Heart of Jesus crushes Tipton-Rosemark Academy

Sacred Heart of Jesus Knights (Jackson, TN) backers were pleased Friday as they saw their basketball squad bounce the host Tipton-Rosemark Academy Rebels (Millington, TN), 78-56 in a league bout.

With the victory, Sacred Heart of Jesus upgrades its record to 17-5 on the campaign. The Knights host Trinity Christian Academy (Jackson, TN) to play the Lions in a Division II-A West District 5 bout on Tuesday, January 24. The Lions come into the bout with a record of 18-5. Trinity Christian Academy won 48-43 in their recent league bout against University School of Jackson (Jackson, TN)

Next up, the Rebels play the Natchez Trace Youth Academy (Waverly, TN) in a Division II-A West District 5 bout, on Monday, January 23. Tipton-Rosemark Academy will attempt to upgrade on its 3-17 season record. The come into the bout with a 0-8 record after their 69-23 league loss to Jackson Christian (Jackson, TN).
