Wisconsin High School Basketball - Wausau East ripped by Stevens Point

The Stevens Point Panthers basketball team scored 87 points and held the visiting Wausau East Lumberjacks to 55 in the Panthers league triumph on Friday.
The Panthers now sport a 7-8 record. They put it on the line next when they host Rhinelander for a non-league contest on Tuesday, January 24. Stevens Point will battle a Hodags team coming off a 68-47 non-league loss to Wausau West (Wausau, WI). The Hodags record now stands at 5-9.
The Lumberjacks (6-9) will now prepare for their contest against D.C. Everest (Schofield, WI). The Evergreens enter the Wisconsin Valley contest with a 12-3 record. In their last contest, D.C. Everest triumphed over Wisconsin Rapids Lincoln (Wisconsin Rapids, WI), 80-54, in a league contest.
