Connecticut High School Basketball - Terryville ripped by Wamogo Regional

The Wamogo Regional Warriors basketball team scored 70 points and held the host Terryville Kangaroos to 46 in the Warriors league triumph on Friday.

The Warriors now sport a 7-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host Nonnewaug for a Berkshire contest on Tuesday, January 24. Wamogo Regional will battle a Chiefs team coming off a 71-62 league win over Litchfield (Litchfield, CT). The Chiefs record now stands at 5-5.

The Kangaroos (2-10) will now prepare for their contest against Gilbert (Winsted, CT). The Yellowjackets enter the Berkshire contest with a 4-8 record. In their last contest, Gilbert was routed by Shepaug Valley (Washington, CT), 60-56, in a league contest.
