Fans at Friday's league challenge between the Father Judge Crusaders (Philadelphia, PA) and the visiting Archbishop Wood Vikings (Warminster, PA), saw Father Judge's basketball squad hold off Archbishop Wood by a tally of 47-41.

With the victory, Father Judge improves its record to 7-2 on the campaign. The Crusaders travel to Holy Ghost Prep (Bensalem, PA) to play the Firebirds in a non-league challenge on Saturday, January 28. The Firebirds come into the challenge with a record of 12-4.

Next up, the Vikings play the Monsignor Bonner/Archbishop Prendergast Catholic Friars/Pandas (Drexel Hill, PA) in a challenge, on Friday, January 27. Archbishop Wood will attempt to improve on its 0-3 season record. The Friars/Pandas come into the challenge with a 5-6 record after their 52-33 league loss to Cardinal O'Hara (Springfield, PA).
