Sheldon Huskies (Sacramento, CA) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Davis Blue Devils (Davis, CA), 66-32 in a league bout.

With the win, Sheldon upgrades its record to 11-6 on the season. The Huskies host Weston Ranch (Stockton, CA) to play the Cougars in a non-league bout on Saturday, January 21. The Cougars go into the bout with a record of 0-9. Weston Ranch lost 55-51 in their recent league bout against Franklin (Stockton, CA)

Next up, the Blue Devils play the Franklin Wildcats (Elk Grove, CA) in a bout, on Monday, January 23. Davis will attempt to upgrade on its 1-8 season record. The Wildcats go into the bout with a 12-9 record after their 42-31 league loss to Jesuit (Carmichael, CA).
