California High School Basketball - Kennedy ripped by Laguna Creek

The Laguna Creek Cardinals basketball team scored 61 points and held the host Kennedy Cougars to 40 in the Cardinals league triumph on Friday.

The Cardinals now sport a 12-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Grant for a contest on Wednesday, January 25. Laguna Creek will meet a Pacers team coming off a 47-43 league win over Kennedy (Sacramento, CA). The Pacers record now stands at 2-3.

The Cougars (8-9) will now prepare for their contest against Monterey Trail (Elk Grove, CA). The Mustangs enter the contest with a 12-5 record. In their last contest, Monterey Trail triumphed over Burbank (Sacramento, CA), 77-43, in a league contest.
