South Carolina High School Basketball - Abbeville overwhelmed by Mid-Carolina

The Mid-Carolina Rebels basketball team scored 52 points and restricted the visiting Abbeville Panthers to 28 in the Rebels league victory on Friday.
The Rebels now sport a 8-7 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Saluda for a AA Region 2 contest on Tuesday, January 24. Mid-Carolina will battle a Tigers team coming off a 43-23 league win over Ninety Six (Ninety Six, SC). The Tigers record now stands at 9-4.
The Panthers (0-6) will now prepare for their contest against Newberry (Newberry, SC). The Bulldogs come into the AA Region 2 contest with a 3-10 record.
