The Agnes Irwin Owls (Rosemont, PA) basketball knocked off the visiting Springside Chestnut Hill Academy Blue Devils (Philadelphia, PA), 45-29 in Friday's league test.
The Owls (7-6) will now prepare for their test against Gloucester Catholic (Gloucester City, NJ). The Rams go into the non-league test with a 7-4 record. In their last test, Gloucester Catholic notched a victory over Wildwood (Wildwood, NJ), 54-45, in a league test.
The Blue Devils now own a 1-9 record. They play next when they host Freire Charter for a non-league test on Monday, January 30.
