The Centennial Cougars basketball team scored 65 points and held the visiting Andover Huskies to 52 in the Cougars league triumph on Friday.

The Cougars now hold a 10-7 record. They play next when they travel to Anoka for a AAAA Section 7 bout on Tuesday, January 24. Centennial will play a Tornadoes squad coming off a 62-51 non-league loss to Champlin Park (Champlin, MN). The Tornadoes record now stands at 11-4.

Next up, the Huskies play the Blaine Bengals (Blaine, MN) in a AAAA Section 7 bout, on Tuesday, January 24. Andover will attempt to upgrade on its 8-7 season record. The Bengals go into the bout with a 8-5 record after their 49-43 non-league win over Rogers (Rogers, MN).
