The Spuds (1-1) will now prepare for their test against Newbury Park Adventist (Newbury Park, CA). The Gators go into the Omega test with a 4-4 record. In their last test, Newbury Park Adventist notched a victory over Hillcrest Christian (Thousand Oaks, CA), 54-13, in a league test.

The Gryphon now own a 1-2 record. They play next when they travel to Newbury Park Adventist for a Omega test on Monday, January 23. Beacon Hill will encounter a Gators squad coming off a 58-8 league loss to Ojai Valley (Ojai, CA). The Gators record now stands at 4-5.
