Bemidji Lumberjacks (Bemidji, MN) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting Brainerd Warriors (Brainerd, MN), 44-31 in a league bout.

With the win, Bemidji upgrades its record to 7-9 on the season. The Lumberjacks host Duluth East (Duluth, MN) to play the Greyhounds in a non-league bout on Thursday, January 26. The Greyhounds go into the bout with a record of 10-6.

Next up, the Warriors play the Willmar Cardinals (Willmar, MN) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, January 24. Brainerd will attempt to upgrade on its 4-9 season record. The Cardinals go into the bout with a 3-11 record after their 56-19 non-league loss to Becker (Becker, MN).
