Fans at Friday's league challenge between the Bishop Heelan Catholic Crusaders (Sioux City, IA) and the host Sioux City North Stars (Sioux City, IA), saw Bishop Heelan Catholic's basketball squad wallop Sioux City North by a tally of 61-25.
With the victory, Bishop Heelan Catholic improves its record to 11-3 on the campaign. The Crusaders host Le Mars (Le Mars, IA) to confront the Bulldogs in a Missouri River challenge on Tuesday, January 24. The Bulldogs come into the challenge with a record of 8-6. Le Mars won 62-49 in their recent league challenge against Lincoln (Council Bluffs, IA)
Next up, the Stars confront the Sergeant Bluff-Luton Warriors (Sergeant Bluff, IA) in a Missouri River challenge, on Tuesday, January 24. Sioux City North will attempt to improve on its 2-9 season record. The Warriors come into the challenge with a 6-6 record after their 53-44 league win over Sioux City West (Sioux City, IA).
