The Blair Vikings basketball team (Pasadena, CA), was nudged 2-0 in Friday's league battle with the host La Canada Spartans (La Canada, CA)
The Spartans now possess a 13-9 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to San Marino for a Rio Hondo battle on Monday, January 23. La Canada will battle a Titans team coming off a 68-38 league loss to Temple City (Temple City, CA). The Titans record now stands at 10-11.
The Vikings (5-17) will now prepare for their battle against South Pasadena (South Pasadena, CA). The Tigers come into the Rio Hondo battle with a 13-9 record. In their last battle, South Pasadena was nudged by Holy Martyrs Armenian (Encino, CA), 69-61, in a non-league battle.
