The Llano Yellowjackets basketball team (Llano, TX), was overwhelmed 44-15 in Friday's league battle with the host Blanco Panthers (Blanco, TX)

The Panthers now possess a 19-11 record. They put it on the line next when they host Ingram Moore for a 3A Region I District 5 battle on Tuesday, January 24. Blanco will confront a Warriors team coming off a 31-29 league loss to Llano (Llano, TX). The Warriors record now stands at 2-15.

The Yellowjackets (7-17) will now prepare for their battle against Florence (Florence, TX). The Buffaloes come into the 3A Region I District 5 battle with a 0-15 record. In their last battle, Florence was overwhelmed by Brady (Brady, TX), 57-47, in a league battle.
