Bloomington Bruins (Bloomington, CA) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting Colton Yellowjackets (Colton, CA), 32-21 in a league bout.

With the win, Bloomington upgrades its record to 10-12 on the season. The Bruins travel to San Gorgonio (San Bernardino, CA) to clash with the Spartans in a San Andreas bout on Wednesday, January 25. The Spartans go into the bout with a record of 16-5. San Gorgonio lost 43-32 in their recent non-league bout against Carter (Rialto, CA)

Next up, the Yellowjackets clash with the Rim of the World Fighting Scots (Lake Arrowhead, CA) in a Skyline bout, on Wednesday, January 25. Colton will attempt to upgrade on its 11-10 season record. The Fighting Scots go into the bout with a 2-9 record after their 47-15 league loss to San Gorgonio (San Bernardino, CA).
