Glidden-Ralston Wildcats (Glidden, IA) fans exited the stadium happy Friday as they observed their basketball team edge the host Boyer Valley Bulldogs (Dunlap, IA), 53-51 in a non-league contest.

The Wildcats now sport a 9-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Grand View Christian for a non-league contest on Monday, January 23. Glidden-Ralston will meet a Thunder team coming off a 78-49 non-league win over Collins-Maxwell (Maxwell, IA). The Thunder record now stands at 7-4.

The Bulldogs (4-10) will now prepare for their contest against Exira-EHK (Elk Horn, IA). The Spartans enter the non-league contest with a 9-2 record.
