The Waldron Spartans (Waldron, MI) basketball knocked off the visiting Burr Oak Bobcats (Burr Oak, MI), 50-38 in Friday's league test.
The Spartans (4-6) will now prepare for their test against Tekonsha (Tekonsha, MI). The Indians go into the Southern Central test with a 1-8 record. In their last test, Tekonsha went down by Hillsdale Academy (Hillsdale, MI), 58-10, in a league test.
The Bobcats now own a 3-7 record. They play next when they host Howardsville Christian for a non-league test on Tuesday, January 24.
