Traverse City West Titans (Traverse City, MI) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the host Cadillac Vikings (Cadillac, MI), 42-38 in a league bout.

With the win, Traverse City West upgrades its record to 3-10 on the season. The Titans travel to Sault Area (Sault St. Marie, MI) to clash with the Blue Devils in a non-league bout on Tuesday, January 24. The Blue Devils go into the bout with a record of 8-2. Sault Area won 85-9 in their recent league bout against Rudyard (Rudyard, MI)

Next up, the Vikings clash with the Manton Rangers (Manton, MI) in a non-league bout, on Monday, January 23. Cadillac will attempt to upgrade on its 3-9 season record. The Rangers go into the bout with a 6-5 record after their 49-43 league win over Houghton Lake (Houghton Lake, MI).
