North Carolina High School Basketball - Carson ripped by West Rowan

In Friday's league match, the visiting West Rowan Falcons basketball team scored a decisive 79-26 triumph over the Carson Cougars.

In their next game, the Falcons meet the South Rowan Raiders (China Grove, NC) in a 3A Conference 48 match, on Tuesday, January 24. West Rowan will attempt to better on its 15-0 season record. The Raiders enter the match with a 6-10 record after their 67-24 league loss to Northwest Cabarrus (Concord, NC).

With the defeat, Carson moves to 2-16 on the year. The Cougars travel to Lake Norman Charter (Huntersville, NC) to meet the Knights in a 3A Conference 48 match on Tuesday, January 24. The Knights enter the match with a record of 10-6. Lake Norman Charter won 52-50 in their recent league match against Central Cabarrus (Concord, NC)
