The Osborne Cardinals basketball team (Marietta, GA), was overwhelmed 95-9 in Friday's league battle with the host Cherokee Warriors (Canton, GA)
The Warriors now possess a 14-5 record. They put it on the line next when they host Wheeler for a AAAAAAA Region 5 battle on Tuesday, January 24. Cherokee will battle a Wildcats team coming off a 59-29 league win over Kennesaw Mountain (Kennesaw, GA). The Wildcats record now stands at 8-8.
The Cardinals (0-14) will now prepare for their battle against Walton (Marietta, GA). The Raiders come into the AAAAAAA Region 5 battle with a 11-8 record. In their last battle, Walton trounced North Cobb (Kennesaw, GA), 52-39, in a league battle.
