Sacred Heart Crusaders (Hattiesburg, MS) backers were pleased Friday as they saw their basketball squad knock off the visiting Collins Tigers (Collins, MS), 54-40 in a league bout.

With the victory, Sacred Heart upgrades its record to 9-11 on the campaign. The Crusaders host North Forrest (Hattiesburg, MS) to play the Eagles in a 2A Region 8 bout on Tuesday, January 24.
