The Red Bank Regional Bucs (Little Silver, NJ) basketball crushed the host Colts Neck Cougars (Colts Neck, NJ), 64-41 in Friday's league test.

The Bucs (7-4) will now prepare for their test against Central Regional (Bayville, NJ). The Golden Eagles go into the non-league test with a 7-5 record. In their last test, Central Regional was trounced by Manchester Township (Lakehurst, NJ), 50-37, in a league test.

The Cougars now own a 5-8 record. They play next when they travel to Red Bank Catholic for a Shore A - Central test on Monday, January 23. Colts Neck will encounter a Caseys squad coming off a 49-28 non-league win over Lenape (Medford, NJ). The Caseys record now stands at 15-1.
