Fans at Friday's league challenge between the Temple Tigers (Temple, GA) and the visiting Crawford County Eagles (Roberta, GA), saw Temple's basketball squad crush Crawford County by a margin of 48-23.
The Tigers (11-8) will now prepare for their test against Lamar County (Barnesville, GA). The Trojans go into the A D1 Region 4 test with a 16-4 record. In their last test, Lamar County walloped Heard County (Franklin, GA), 59-50, in a league test.
The Eagles now own a 8-13 record. They play next when they host Heard County for a A D1 Region 4 test on Tuesday, January 24. Crawford County will encounter a Braves squad coming off a 59-50 league loss to Lamar County (Barnesville, GA). The Braves record now stands at 13-4.
