In Friday's league outing, the Don Bosco Dons (Gilbertville, IA) basketball squad edged the visiting Tripoli Panthers (Tripoli, IA), by a count of 35-30.
The Dons (6-6) will now prepare for their outing against Riceville (Riceville, IA). The Wildcats go into the Iowa Star outing with a 13-1 record. In their last outing, Riceville held off Dunkerton (Dunkerton, IA), 61-36, in a league outing.
