The Windham Eagles (Windham, ME) basketball knocked off the host Edward Little Red Eddies (Auburn, ME), 42-30 in Friday's league test.
The Eagles (6-5) will now prepare for their test against Cheverus (Portland, ME). The Stags go into the AA North test with a 12-2 record. In their last test, Cheverus went down by Oxford Hills (South Paris, ME), 61-50, in a league test.
The Red Eddies now own a 7-10 record. They play next when they travel to Deering for a AA North test on Tuesday, January 24. Edward Little will encounter a Rams squad coming off a 50-43 non-league win over South Portland (South Portland, ME). The Rams record now stands at 3-10.
