The Vikings now possess a 12-7 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Starmount for a 1A Conference 36 battle on Tuesday, January 24. North Stokes will confront a Rams team coming off a 69-54 non-league loss to Forbush (East Bend, NC). The Rams record now stands at 8-8.

The Buckin' Elks (2-14) will now prepare for their battle against Alleghany (Sparta, NC). The Trojans come into the 1A Conference 36 battle with a 0-17 record. In their last battle, Alleghany was overwhelmed by South Stokes (Walnut Cove, NC), 44-40, in a league battle.
