The Mount Juliet Christian Academy Saints basketball team (Mt. Juliet, TN), was overwhelmed 57-15 in Friday's league battle with the visiting Goodpasture Christian Cougars (Madison, TN)

The Cougars now possess a 12-5 record. They put it on the line next when they host Friendship Christian for a Division II-A Middle District 4 battle on Tuesday, January 24. Goodpasture Christian will battle a Commanders team coming off a 51-27 league loss to Donelson Christian Academy (Nashville, TN). The Commanders record now stands at 5-15.

The Saints (0-12) will now prepare for their battle against Clarksville Academy (Clarksville, TN). The Cougars come into the Division II-A Middle District 4 battle with a 17-5 record. In their last battle, Clarksville Academy trounced Davidson Academy (Nashville, TN), 66-47, in a league battle.
