The Thornton Academy Trojans routed the visiting Gorham Rams basketball team by a final score of 64-30 in Friday's league game.
In their next game, the Trojans face the Gorham Huskies (Gorham, NH) in a non-league game, on Wednesday, January 25. Thornton Academy will attempt to move on its 13-0 season record.
With the defeat, Gorham moves to 7-4 on the year. The Rams host Bonny Eagle (Standish, ME) to face the Scots in a AA South game on Tuesday, January 24. The Scots enter the game with a record of 6-6. Bonny Eagle won 46-15 in their recent league game against Noble (Berwick, ME)
