Texas High School Basketball - Haltom ripped by Southlake Carroll

The Southlake Carroll Dragons basketball team scored 88 points and held the visiting Haltom Buffalos to 9 in the Dragons league triumph on Friday.

The Dragons now sport a 23-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Keller for a 6A Region I District 4 contest on Tuesday, January 24. Southlake Carroll will meet a Indians team coming off a 53-38 league win over Keller Central (Keller, TX). The Indians record now stands at 21-7.

The Buffalos (6-20) will now prepare for their contest against Byron Nelson (Trophy Club, TX). The Bobcat enter the 6A Region I District 4 contest with a 14-13 record. In their last contest, Byron Nelson triumphed over Timber Creek (Fort Worth, TX), 43-35, in a league contest.
