Holy Trinity Catholic Crusaders (Fort Madison, IA) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting New London Tigers (New London, IA), 60-38 in a league bout.

With the win, Holy Trinity Catholic upgrades its record to 8-7 on the season. The Crusaders travel to Wapello (Wapello, IA) to clash with the Indians in a non-league bout on Thursday, January 26. The Indians go into the bout with a record of 5-9.

Next up, the Tigers clash with the Mediapolis Bulldogs (Mediapolis, IA) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, January 24. New London will attempt to upgrade on its 0-16 season record. The Bulldogs go into the bout with a 12-3 record after their 54-36 non-league loss to Orangeville (Orangeville, IL).
