The Hope Bobcats basketball team (Hope, AR), was overwhelmed 49-20 in Friday's league battle with the visiting Magnolia Panthers (Magnolia, AR)
The Panthers now possess a 12-3 record. They put it on the line next when they host Nashville for a 4A Region 7 battle on Wednesday, January 25. Magnolia will confront a Scrappers team coming off a 89-32 league win over Arkadelphia (Arkadelphia, AR). The Scrappers record now stands at 12-2.
The Bobcats (2-3) will now prepare for their battle against Ashdown (Ashdown, AR). The Panthers come into the 4A Region 7 battle with a 0-5 record.
