With the victory, Jefferson improves its record to 6-9 on the campaign. The Jaguars host Chaska (Chaska, MN) to confront the Hawks in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, January 24. The Hawks come into the challenge with a record of 14-1. Chaska won 68-40 in their recent league challenge against Chanhassen (Chanhassen, MN)

Next up, the Wildcats encounter the Orono Spartans (Long Lake, MN) in a AAA Section 6 test, on Wednesday, January 25. Waconia will attempt to advance on its 4-12 season record. The Spartans go into the test with a 5-7 record after their 57-49 non-league win over New Prague (New Prague, MN).
