Iowa High School Basketball - Keota ripped by Sigourney

The Sigourney Savages basketball team scored 51 points and held the host Keota Eagles to 29 in the Savages league triumph on Friday.
The Savages now sport a 9-7 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Highland for a non-league contest on Monday, January 23. Sigourney will battle a Huskies team coming off a 46-24 league win over Pekin (Packwood, IA). The Huskies record now stands at 7-8.
The Eagles (5-10) will now prepare for their contest against Iowa Valley (Marengo, IA). The Tigers enter the South Iowa Cedar contest with a 10-5 record. In their last contest, Iowa Valley triumphed over Tri-County (Thornburg, IA), 49-36, in a league contest.
