The Open Door Christian Patriots (Elyria, OH) basketball crushed the host Lake Ridge Academy Royals (North Ridgeville, OH), 35-14 in Friday's league test.

The Patriots (5-7) will now prepare for their test against Christian Community (North Eaton, OH). The Warriors go into the non-league test with a 6-9 record. In their last test, Christian Community walloped Mentor Christian (Mentor, OH), 41-32, in a league test.

The Royals now own a 0-6 record. They play next when they travel to Medina Christian Academy for a Lake Effect test on Monday, January 23.
