Lakeview Charter Lions (Sylmar, CA) backers were pleased Friday as they saw their basketball squad bounce the visiting Valley Oaks CES Vanguards (Sun Valley, CA), 79-4 in a league bout.

With the victory, Lakeview Charter upgrades its record to 9-5 on the campaign. The Lions host Community Charter (Lakeview Terrace, CA) to play the Titans in a North Valley bout on Monday, January 23. The Titans come into the bout with a record of 2-4. Community Charter lost 41-27 in their recent league bout against Lakeview Charter (Sylmar, CA)

Next up, the Vanguards play the North Valley Military Institute Hawks (Sun Valley, CA) in a North Valley bout, on Wednesday, January 25. Valley Oaks CES will attempt to upgrade on its 0-4 season record.
