Connecticut High School Basketball - Law overwhelmed by Mercy

The Mercy Tigers basketball team scored 70 points and restricted the host Law Lawmen to 27 in the Tigers non-league victory on Friday.
The Tigers now sport a 9-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Amity Regional for a non-league contest on Monday, January 23. Mercy will battle a Spartans team coming off a 44-24 non-league win over Shelton (Shelton, CT). The Spartans record now stands at 8-3.
The Lawmen (0-12) will now prepare for their contest against West Haven (West Haven, CT). The Blue Devils come into the non-league contest with a 7-4 record. In their last contest, West Haven triumphed over Hand (Madison, CT), 60-59, in a non-league contest.
