The New London Whalers topped the host Ledyard Colonels basketball team by a final score of 51-37 in Friday's non-league game.
In their next game, the Whalers face the North Kingstown Skippers (North Kingstown, RI) in a non-league game, on Saturday, January 21. New London will attempt to move on its 8-3 season record. The Skippers enter the game with a 12-1 record after their 57-55 league win over Ponaganset (North Scituate, RI).
